Madam Business Owner (“Madam B,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides annual subscription-based listings for women-owned businesses. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Refunds & Returns Policy.
30-Day Trial Period
All new subscriptions include a 30-day trial period, beginning on the date of purchase. During this trial, you may cancel your subscription for any reason.
No Refunds After Trial Period
After the 30-day trial period has ended:
- All payments are final
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Lack of usage
- Business closure
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Accidental purchase or failure to cancel
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@madambusinessowner.com.
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal
- Your listing will remain active through the end of your current subscription term
- No refunds will be issued for unused time
Renewals
Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the responsibility of the business owner to manage their subscription status.
